Terms and Conditions
The Terms and Conditions presented apply to the Lisbon Investor Conference (LIC).
The purpose of this regulation is to provide all stakeholders a full knowledge of the procedures, rights and duties essential for the holding and effectiveness of this conference.
Participation at the Lisbon Investor Conference assumes the knowledge and full acceptance of these rules by all those involved.

A. OPERATING CONDITIONS
1.1. Dates, venues and times of each conference day shall be disclosed early enough to allow for careful management of the schedules of all participants;
1.2. Conferences will strive to welcome their Participants, and a representative of the organizing body will always be available to provide the necessary support to speakers and participants to ensure that the conference is held in the best condition.
1.3. In each Congress there will be coffee breaks, documentation as well as a Certificate of Participation. This last ones if required;
2. REGISTRATION AND ACCESS CONDITIONS:
2.1. Registrations for the Lisbon Investor Conference can be made online up to 24 hours prior to the start date of the respective Congress at https://lisboninvestorconference.com/
2.2. Upon receipt of the registration and data validation an email will be send with the payment indications for the registrant;
2.3. The registration is only considered effective / definitive after payment of the full amount;
2.4. The number of Participants per Conference is limited, and the seat reservation is made in order of registration, with the respective payment;
2.5. Without the registration fee, the seat reservation at the Conference will not be guaranteed;
2.6. In order to take advantage of the discounts presented, the registration must be made with the respective payment until the indicated dates;
3. ABOUT PAYMENT METHODS:
3.1. The following payment methods are available:

3.1.1. Payment must be made by credit card or via ATM reference;
After verification of payment will be sent an email with the confirmation of registration;

4. DISCOUNT POLICY:
4.1. Discounts apply until September 30th with a value of 160 €. From October 1st until the of the Conference date the registration fee is 180 €.
5. CONFIRMATION, POSITION AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
5.1 5.1. If there is a lower number of registrations than set for the Congress, the organization reserves the right to cancel the event;
5.2. Organization reserves the right to cancel registrations if its payment is not made in a timely manner;
5.3. Cancellations at the participant’s request may be made up to 10 business days prior to the start of the Congress using the following email address: email@example.com
5.4. At the end of this period, the organization will retain 50% of the registration fee, and this amount may in future be used for another event of the same nature, within a maximum of one year from the date of the congress in which it was initially registered.
5.5. A participant who does not submit a request for cancellation via e-mail or does not attend the Conference remains responsible for paying his or her registration and there is no refund of any amount.
5.6. Registration in the Congress implies acceptance of these conditions.
5.7. Substitution of Participants belonging to the same entity is permitted, and such substitutions must be communicated in writing to the organization firstname.lastname@example.org no later than 48 hours prior to the start of the Conference
5.8. There is no refund of ticket money due to changes to the initial program.
